Booking & Cancellation Policy

1. Advance Reservations Required Yellow Cab Sudbury is a premium, single-vehicle private transportation service operated with a 2023 Chevrolet Traverse. To ensure punctuality and availability, we operate strictly by advance reservation. Immediate, on-demand pickups are not guaranteed.

2. Last-Minute Cancellation Fees Because we block out specific time slots and turn down other clients for your scheduled trip—especially for long-distance travel—the following cancellation fees apply:

• Local & Airport Transfers (Within Greater Sudbury): Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours' notice will incur a $25.00 flat fee.

• Out-of-Town & Long-Distance Trips (Outside Greater Sudbury): Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will be subject to a $100.00 fee to cover lost routing opportunities.

3. Flight Delays & Airport Pickups We monitor all arrival flights at the Greater Sudbury Airport (YSB) in real-time. If your flight is delayed, your booking will automatically be adjusted to your actual landing time at no extra charge. However, if your flight is cancelled or your itinerary changes entirely, you must notify us immediately via phone or text to reschedule.

4. Vehicle Capacity & Safety Our 2023 Chevrolet Traverse safely accommodates a maximum of 6 passengers. For safety and cargo limitations, all luggage must fit securely within the vehicle’s designated trunk space. We maintain a strict 100% smoke-free and vape-free environment inside the vehicle at all times.
